First off I now understand why no responses to walkout conditions from W.B. There was virtually no activity from the Willow beach parking lot. Not a vehicle in the lot other than ours from sunrise to sunset. Advantage weekdays. Nice and quite out there.

Anyhoo, had a great day out with Jon S. Walked to 70 fow to a steady Perch bite.. a few decent size too .. what's up with that? Patterns appear to be changing this year. So, out to 90' and tangled with a few big boys. Watched them dance on the LCD, but the bite was lite.

Easy walking out 3k, found 10 + inches of solid ice and the slush locked up tight. A perfect day on the lake.
