17.3.1 Roches Point Dock & Road Allowance
Report No. LS-2008-0011
Recommendation:
1 That Report LS-2008-0011 be received.
2 That the Town of Georgina enter into a Management
Agreement with the Roches Point Community Association to
manage the road end beach front area at the foot of
Bouchier Street.
3 That Council accept the offer for sale of the road allowance
and the Roches Point Dock and Waterlot property totalling
$650,000.00.
Or
4 That Council enter into a Management Agreement for the
operation of the road allowance and the Roches Point Dock
with the Roches Point Community Association.
