| 12 30 am a rude awakening... its thundering and pouring rain ..oh oh will i get to fish in the marning ...back to sleep and geez its doing it again roll over dont look at that clock horseshoe...5 15 am ..damm them birds are sum noisey ...better get up check the weather...eweeeeieeee...look at that bacth of rain on the radar ...back to sleep ..635 Am thats it i 'm up ..look at the radar again ..yup gonna miss us out go the calls and its a fishin we will go ...make arrangements to meet L'il harse at the park at 8 15 and off we went ..few of the locals there shootin the breeze..(polite eh ) got to our spot and lotsa marks but very few takers ...deep water ...finally after a lot of werk Ol' horsie hooks into a fish up it comes in da net hook out and back down it goes ...really small whitie ...so fish away ...lotsa missed bites and bang ol horsie got a nudder one ..up she comes in da net hook out and back down she goes nudder small wun ...ok we move fish n fish n fish and along comes ol earl...i always hate it he always does this to me ..pulls up says where do i fish i say try there ..bang bang hes done , well today it took 90 mins hahaha .. but hes gone and i aint got a keeper ..just before ol earl got his second fish li'l harse yells fish on.. still 2 - 1 for ol horse tho...i think lil Harse easily missed 25 bites today and only landed this one Attachment: IMGP1312.JPG (Downloaded 57 times)

I werk away at it and we move a wee bit again and finally i got one on...3 - 1 for horse ...hadda show the kid the ol man can still catch the odd one ..well we moved and fished and fished and moved and ended our day aboout 3 PM ..pretty slo for most i spoke with ...least we got a meal er 2 ...the kids were right at it for supper and Grandpa Horse ( aka the really ol grey stallion ) got a few meals too

and i remembered the hat i think i had it on for every fish caught ...maybe they are lucky hats

Glad you and your son made it out today HS (ol man!), but I have to say all that whitie fishin' may have stunted yer growth,,, you appear a little shorter than the last post I seen (hahahaha). Hey, great lookin' (lucky) hat and it's also great that you and L'il harse still catchin' the whities too! wtg ~dokdok

Yeah, me too Sly ... I wonder how many Lakers will be caught this week!!! I hear they are really hittin' hard ... hmmmmm ... I'm predicting Lil'harse will win the skins next time out  ~dokdok
