hey horseshoe.thx for reply.i am not equipped with ice fishing stuff.i have stuff ready to catch pike, trout.right now i wana catch pike, steelhead and trout.
i went to mouth of duffins creek today but it is mostly ice there.
Also there is one creek running near Morning Side & Ellesmere.we were there in fall to catch Salmon.I went today to see if there is any fish running down the creek.but i didnot see any.so do u think in spring when temprature is high the trout, steelhead & salmon will be running in this creek.
let me know any closest place where i will have luck.if possible give me exact detail.thx
Also Bluffers park is not listed on MNR zones map.so does it mean we can catch trout, pike etc year long.let me know.thx

well now you gave us something to work with ...u best be on the regs regarding the pike me son....dont be going and gettin in do do ...still ok fer a day er 2 but then u gotta wait....as fer streams and spots...well steams.... some of the fellers that fish that way may reveal what streams to try and even give ya a few suggestiosn as to what to use...but the hots spots ya gotta dig for and earn ya badge on that one ...there are always posts that will give you hints as to the hot lures hot spots and places to try ...so read back some and youll get a few hints...as fer me well i am north so dont get that way offen and tend to go north more than south east /.//hang in there ...theres a few really good fellers / fishers that post and i'm sure u'll get a few tips

The first thing that you will learn about fishing in the spring is that the fish come into the streams during and right after a good rain. If the water is murky wait for a day and check it out. Make sure you follow the regulations as Horseshoe advised because there are stipulations as to how far you can go from the mouth of the creeks before you cross the line and are fishing illegally.
Have fun

If you go to the mouth of these creeks you may end up at the peir. Just remember to take a long handled net with you.
