Heading to Scugog tomorrow for the day.... Just wondering if any you guys fished it this year and any tips for a knucklehead like me. Have heard some good numbers coming out of the lake...
Will be heading out off Island road....

good luck out there scotty ...ice shuld be ok ...give us a report when r back...early in the fall i was told that water level were screwed up by an error at the locks and the lake was down abot 1.5 feet..i would imagine since then it has come back up some but havent herd...

Yeah got up to Scugog on Saturday... Were fishing by noon... Til 6..
Was a slow day. Went out of island road at the tip off the reserve. My buddy Jeetmuck iced 3 eyes... Nothing big. Buckshots tipped with stinger and minnow.
Yes the Rock bass... She was a pretty fish though...
You are a bastard Sly...... Will get you back when you are not looking...LOL
Was about 10 inches of black and two of white.. Very slushy.
Reports now have 5 inches of water on Scugog... Bring your rubbers....
Was a good day though.. First time on the ice this year..
