Rain forecasted for the area and was threatening ... weather man was right. 
Well rain or shine our line was going to get wet tonight! Picked dok up, timmies in hand (wish I upgraded those wiper blades) and off we went down to the river ... I love fishin' just before a storm!! When we arrived it was the prettiest sight you ever want to see. Sky opened up and clouds cleared ... turned out to be a beautiful evening.
Anyway, we had to fish local again due to the weather but I'm sure glad we did. No shortage of fish, different species, different sizes ... heck this fella (frigger, thats for Mr and Mrs H.) even got his foot wet ... too much excitement (hahaha).
Here's a few picks (nothin' special) but we hads fun catchin' em'!!
Flyin' Suck-a-tash!
 
Bassin' (lots of these little guys)
and a monster!! Smallest fish I ever caught (smaller than most minnows I use!)
We soon had company. This is the second time we've met her at this spot and she loves fishin' as much as dok and I ... a couple of jigging tips and look what she landed (2 in a row!!) ... Welcome to GoFishOnt Professor. I hope you enjoy your new job in Texas. There are some big monsters down there (hahaha). It was a Great night to be fishin' and I hope you all had fun too!! ~dokdok

Thank you dokdok for the tricks that you taught me. I will for sure play them when I get to San Antonio.
I do hope to see you again before I heading Texas, and of course learn some more tricks from you. You and your twin brother are such experts. I had so much funs with you guys fishing on Springbank.
Thanks again for the pictures and the fun time!

Hi Professor Meizi,
I'm glad you found your way here!! We had a fun night didn't we!?! It was great to meet you once again... She's a quick learner folks and the smile says it all. That's what I love about this sport, you are a student for life !!
Dok and I will be back to the area soon. Maybe we'll see you again before you leave for Texas. Now that you are a member, we'll be able to stay in touch. I am looking forward to a post from you showing us your first catch. I predict a big texas bass ... Yee-haw!!!

Hi, dokdok,
I went fishing tonight, and guess what, I caught 12! nine from your spot and three from my luck stone. It was very fun, the fishes were all very small though, one sucker, one catfish and 1o bass.

A dozen fish, WOW !!! Did ya save me some (hahaha). I'm glad you had some fishin' fun... puts a big smile on ya!! Thanks for the update Meizi and I hope to see you again on the thames!! Wait til' I tell dok (lol) ...
PS. I got lookin' a little closer at the fish you caught last night ... 1 catfish and 1 brown trout and good size ones too!! Isn't it great to catch such a wide variety of fish in one little spot!! sssssh don't tell anyone (hahahaha)!!

I wouldn't be able to go fishing Wed or Thursday, may go on Friday, Sat or Sunday.
