First fish was a Skamania in 47 fow. The fish was in late stages of VHS virus. Then caught 8 walleye. There was no set pattern with the exception that the fish were caught 180 on braid #3 colours had orange. We kept trolling hoping to find the cordwood of fish but never found them, ended up in 69fow 13 miles from port, close to the weather bouy.

Weather was hot and sunny felt like we were somewhere in Africa with all  that heat.l forgot to mention I snapped another downrigger. That's 2 snapped riggers in 2 trips. This time I hooked something on the bottom, lost my cannonball too. Better to snap a dowrigger arm then to sink the boat...lol I'll fix the rigger arm, a little tape and glue should be as good as new...lol

Most of the Walleye were about 6lbs with one pushing 10lbs. Personally I don't keep any fish over 5lbs but my partner wanted them so I didn't keep any. Pics soon
