Well the ice is coming on better and better each day but still has some weak areas.
Out on one of my favourite areas tonight and iced 3, long distance release on 2 other and a few more solid hits. Sent one of the 3 back home and took these 2 home to see what a frying pan looks like.
Finally had the new auger out for use and man it is sweet, punched 10 holes through 7 - 8 inches of blue ice with 4-5 inches of old ice underneath of it. Did not even move the battery indicator off of 100% not going to charge it up so as to see what kind of mileage I am looking at for the battery. I am hoping for 45 - 60 holes before the battery is drained.
