well folks its my favorite time of year,goose huntingb in the morn till 10 am,jigging for walleyes till noon.
man are there alot of eyes on this one spot were fishing,went out weds 7am home cleaning my count at 8:30am,went out thurs with 2 lads from t.o and we limited out by 10 am,out friday we landed 6 by 8am and i lost another 10 yep TEN kept snagging into them.
each time i brought my jig in to check it i had a walleye scale on it,after the 4th one i new the eyes had shut down and were just lying on bottom(no different than winter)so i moved out to 12' of water and we landed 3 more.
no biggies(too early yet)but good eaters in the 2-6lb range.i do have a few pics and if i can talk my daughter into it ill post them.(my bud took the pics)
