hello all im happy to say we have 5" of ice on our spot where it was open water last week,we lost the fisrt 100 yards out from shore last week during that rain/wind and mild spell we had,out farther we have 8".
tonight we iced 3 walleye 1-5lber,1-3lber and 1-2lber and to our surprise a 2lb hearing.
im pleased to say we will be back renting ice huts next week end jan 26th.
i did not take my camera out so i have no pics to share just a story to tell.(forgot the camera on my desk )
