I was using corn and did lots of chumming. The fish were rising all over in the canal. I bet there was at least 300 fish in my general area and aggressive too i landed 12 during the day. A couple over 20lbs hard to get pics of all of them because i was by myself and didn't want to keep them out of the water too long all were released for another day.

Hey Steely_King, Boy are you lucky to have that kind of fishery near you. It's been a while since I hooked onto and landed a 20 pounder!! Yep, those are the monsters I like to wish and fish for. Yeah, the last one that was close to that wt. snap me rod (lol) Hey, hope you share a few more outings with us soon!

Heading out tomorrow ... weather permitting ... (thinkin' 20 pounder, 20 pounder, 20 pounder, hahahaha!!)

Don't worry you will see more posts from me in the future. What i did was chum at night with lots of corn and then fish the next morning still chumming once in a while. 4 or 5 curnels of corn is sufficiant for baiting your hook. lots of fun and tight lines.

Hey steely ...if ur where i think u were at i know that spot ...lol...nyways thats about a 3o inch fish cuz them bards is 2 x 6's really 5 1/2  and with the spaces between i gets it close to 30 inches ....biggggg ...
