Took some time for myself yesterday to do a little Carpin and here are my results of my me time
These are some beauties and hard fight out of them as well!!! the best part i was all alone lol

Wow Steely King, That is a nice size Carp! I love fishin' for these as well ... Do ya mind me askin' what ya used for bait?

| I was using corn and did lots of chumming. The fish were rising all over in the canal. I bet there was at least 300 fish in my general area and aggressive too i landed 12 during the day. A couple over 20lbs hard to get pics of all of them because i was by myself and didn't want to keep them out of the water too long all were released for another day.

Hey Steely_King, Boy are you lucky to have that kind of fishery near you. It's been a while since I hooked onto and landed a 20 pounder!! Yep, those are the monsters I like to wish and fish for. Yeah, the last one that was close to that wt. snap me rod (lol) Hey, hope you share a few more outings with us soon!
Heading out tomorrow ... weather permitting ... (thinkin' 20 pounder, 20 pounder, 20 pounder, hahahaha!!)
PS. Could ya also share with us how you chum the river and thanks for the tips!!

| Don't worry you will see more posts from me in the future. What i did was chum at night with lots of corn and then fish the next morning still chumming once in a while. 4 or 5 curnels of corn is sufficiant for baiting your hook. lots of fun and tight lines.

Thanks for the tip Steely!. Hey, my wish for a 20lb carp come tru' yesterday when fishin with me brother on the Thames!! I was thinken of ya when I landed that monster. Boy that was a lot of fun!!! Using light tackle and corn ...

Hey steely ...if ur where i think u were at i know that spot ...lol...nyways thats about a 3o inch fish cuz them bards is 2 x 6's really 5 1/2 and with the spaces between i gets it close to 30 inches ....biggggg ...

Yeah Horseshoe (hahahaha), my feet are still wet and it ain't from the river .... droolin', droolin' .... Hey look, you also got duckduck watchin' and waitin for their turn too! (lol), you gotta love it!!!!!!!!!!
What do you say Steely, Looks like the chummin' is done, lets hook-up with Fishingdude and tighten our lines with some of these!
