Geezzzzzz I hate these early starts but the lunch is made and i gotta load up the scoot. Can ya tell i'm sleepy

Have to thank Mrs H for taking a few pictures and helping me get the scoot tied down in da dark what a good woman ...must be newfie ...so i'm I ready to head for Tims ..runnin a few mins behind too

Pass by Mike S and grab he and away we go to Tims. As we arrive Redfisher was already there in disguise...the frigger had his ATV on his pick up truck which we didnt expect hahaha ..now tip off...if he offers ya a ride in the back seat say no ..its all boom box and newfie tunes ...i could hear the tires hit the runway on the plane at Deer Lake...and after a breif exchange of greetins and some fast gas ...no the truck the truck not me ...we head off

We arrive at the trial site and get things going ...and we get to hear Redfishers Artic Cat purr ...clack clack clack clack clack as he unloads the diesel cat .
Passes in hand we head for the first lake and for fun we set up a sportsmans competition ...loonie for the first fish loonie for the biggest etc to it makes up a five spot.....I'll tell ya more about that later we toss the lines and within a few mins i yell fish on ...seconds later redfisher yells fish on and i barely get mine in first, we compare the fish and mutually agree they same size so were tied for biggest ...then a few mins later redfish bags another monster to take the lead with smallest fish ..now some one must have a picture of that.

Well we head off to the next lake ,,, and then off to the next lake... redfisher is pulling ahead now its 4 to 1 to 0. Finally i grab into a cupple of more close the gap 4 - 3 - 0 now and its tuff fishin I slam a monster for small fish and redfisher thinks i maybe got the winner there but we still got a few spots yet ...well the score just keeps getting bigger for red and then i get another ..now its late day, were werking out way out ...a few trail shots

Stopped at an off trail path and went to a wee lake ...of course redfisher got another while i was busy findin a special tree and killing mosquitos landin on me grines . The action wasnt too good so off we went with the intent of trying to fish Horseshoe lake but that didnt pan out . we get to the last lake and redfisher puts the hurt on us now,,hes on to em perch and bass...8 4 0 at this point so i change spots and i get a few but Redfisher pulls way ahead in the last half hour ...score ended up 12 Redfisher 8 ol horsehoe and Mike always being the graciuos host 1 ...Red settles for a large coffee for his win!

A fantastic day ..lots of fun pretty good weather ..tuff fishing and some greta friends and as always lotsa laffs ..thanks Redfisher and Mike S ..oh heres the scoots after the ride ...hope you noticed how clean before ...lol

All in all a great day lots of fun and a few laffs too ok ok a lot of laffs ..sure helps if ya got thick skin tooo ...have to say I like redfishers new cat was really impressed ...power galore lotsa speed as he fished tailed along and pretty quiet too ...Nice toy Redfisher !!

Yes was a lot of fun, even though I had trouble putting fish on the line... Redfisher was putting on a clinic reeling in every fish he could find with that special lure of his!
Here are the pics I took:
Our first stop, was a nice quiet little bay right long the trail, we lined up 3 in a row and wouldnt you know it - Horseshoe and Redfisher are each reeling in a small bass. DOUBLE HEADER!!!
