Hi;
Have not been to the site for a while. Wanted to ask...does anyone know where a person can purchase bigger chub minnows? I plan to fish spring pike on lake St. John and can't seem to locate any one near Orillia that has them.
Thanks
Forbes
Best wishes to all for a successful and safe angling seaon.

Hi. and thanks for the reply. I appreciate the tip regarding PIKE OPENING and should have mentioned we were not going until they do open. Just getting ready.:>
I also want to say thanks for the places to get bait you mentioned. I have been in Trembley's many times, just wondered more about the "bait fish size" and should have been more specific. We are looking for minnow chub a minimum of 4 inches but larger if we can get them!
In any case, we will try the places mentioned and once again, thanks.
Safe, successful and happy fishing.
