I had some time today to check out a few companies.. I got lucky and found the best prices and options were local to me in Barrie..
By the time we look at the cost of the cap, the embroidery of the logo, one time set up fee, paypal costs, shipping, etc... it does add up. From the math I'm doing, with an order of 25-30 hats, we can keep the price down to about 15 - 20 dollars or so depending on style of cap chosen. We can arrange local pickup free, or you can pay a bit extra and we'll ship it to you.
I'll post some pics from his catalogue and also a poll question at the end and you can 'vote' on your favorite style.
If I see there's enough interest and we can get an order of 25, we can go ahead. We can pick and choose a couple colors, but we have to be reasonable..
