Happy Birtday to Canada! I am going to be out around the shores of Kempenfelt Bay with my son to see what he can hook into. Whatever you get to do, have fun!!

Hey Just Peachy, I hope you and your son have a fun day on the bay too!

Just curious ... I read a myth about the area ... Any sitings of the Igopogo (Kempenfelt Kelly) lately!?! ~dokdok

thanks DokDok.. hope you and the family have a great day as well. a beautiful day too! As for favorite locations to fish?? I have many depending on the species I target.. Bay of Quinte for Walleye, Simcoe for whities, pike and bass; a little spot north of kingston for some more pike and bass. Have yet to hit Lake Ontario for some Kings yet but will one day.

Just got an offer for a cottage either next week or the week after, near Pembroke, on the Quebec side on the Ottawa river.. supposed to be some decent musky fishing up that way!

Seen the Fireworks last night ... Did you!?!

I live in London, Ontario and there was no shortage of celebrating Canada Day last night in this town. My family and what seemed like thousands of other local and area residents, enjoyed a great show of fireworks in the White Oaks Community center area of London. My youngest boy was thrilled (me too!) Hope you all had a Great Canada Day!

Special Thanks to the Whiteoaks Community Center team. You made our evening special! ~dokdok
