Who's seen it - Hellboy II: The Golden Army .... Is it worth going to!?! ****
I love these type of movies and hope to take my youngest boy soon!!
This reminds me of a little movie theater humor .....
A man was sprawled across three entire seats in a theater. When the usher came by and noticed this, he whispered to the man, "Sorry sir, but you're only allowed one seat."
The man groaned but didn't budge. The usher became impatient.
"Sir," the usher said, "if you don't get up from there, I'm going to have to call the manager."
Again, the man just groaned, which infuriated the usher who turned and marched briskly back up the aisle in search of his manager. In a few moments, both the usher and the manager returned and stood over the man. Together the two of them tried repeatedly to move him, but with no success. Finally, they summoned the police. The cop surveyed the situation briefly.
"All right, buddy. What's your name?"
"Sam," the man moaned.
"Where ya from, Sam?" the cop asked.
"The balcony." (Yeah, a little Hellboy action!) ...

I was supposed to go see it this past weekend but never got around to it, From everything I have seen, it looks and sounds A LOT better than Hellboy 1 ...
The other big movie I am waiting for that is getting amazing reviews is, The dark Knight, they say this might be the BEST comic book movie EVER and may also be the first comic book movie to actually get an Academy award.
I am a huge fan of these Batman movies, but not to sound like a jerk but the only reason the Academy will give a movie of this type an award is because of the tragic death of Heath Ledger. Which is fine but lets face facts, Christian Bale is an amazing actor who should earn the Academy award on his own merit and not just because of the tragity surrounding this movie.
Also another gripe I have, The critics are praising Heath as the best Joker ever, I take offence to the concidering Jack Nickolson is one of the greatest actors of all time and portrayed an awesome Joker in the first Batman.
Lets not forget the origenal Batman series that had Caesar Romero (sp) as the Joker, again not to be a jerk, But what has Heath Ledger done? Yes A Knights tale was a good movie, but to be honest I think the sound track is what made the average movie "good" ... This has been a Badass rant
