Maybe you can change the post around so when you want to be notified of a post you choose it instead of it defaulting to it. I'm getting too many emails and I wasn't sure why I was getting them.

| laffin i know what ya mean ...theres wee box at bottom u can remove the check mark ...and if u wanna see a post reply to it but dont take the check mark out ..i do that to help me ...what i hate is i type a reply and want to go back to something and loose my whole post ..hahaha...not funny grrrrrr ...

| yes, if you frequent the board enough there's really no need.. its a nice feature if you only browse through occasionally but for regulars, its a pain in the inbox

It's not a default that you have to change everytime.. just once and then you're fine.. I get very few email notifications now.. this thread was one exception..
Go to the top level (Go Fish ONT) then under there select the SELECTED tab and uncheck any items.
