Mike,

If the out of town members want to buy a hat or more (I'll take two) and they don't want to pay postage can they use Paypal to purchase the hat(s) then pick the hat up when they are fishing in the area.  Maybe something can be worked out with a local tackle shop.  I just don't like to pay unnecessary expenses.

I had a reply back from my inquiry on Friday... there's the cost of the hats, plus a huge one time 'setup' fee.... let me do some math and we'll see if it's feasible and as well I will check out a couple more places as well

Mike,

I will take a hat and I am sure OP will take one too. IF you want there is a place next door to my office that does uniforms and hats. I can check with them if you send me logo design and information of what your looking for.

I will take 2 hats if this goes down,

Just an idea, maybe for members do a mark up on the price of the hats to help cover the set up fee (you know as long as it doesnt work out to a $30 hat :P)

Also if you have a connection at a local bait and tackle shop, you can get extra hats made and sell them there

The hat's are a  great idea, here is another idea what about a small "flag" for those who own boats?  It's a thought.

Mike, these people gave me a real good price on making up my t-shirts, I am sure they do hats as well and they dont charge for set up
