Its long shaft ....i love it ...been a good motor so far and its now 8 yrs old ...so i cant complain ...but i have talked to ya mo ma guys and they love them ...my neighbour got a 50 on his and i actually think his is quieter...but that legend looks a lot better with a silver honda ...hahahaha
