lol, thanks for the deal, "Friend!!" lol 
I did some poking around, I found outdoor storage in Bradford @ $60.00 per month (not that great a deal I thought), and indoor storage at $18 per foot which works out to only $252 for the season for my 14 footer. Thats not a bad deal and cheaper than the outdoor storage even.

I've found my place for winter storage.. nice clean secure indoor building, within 25kms of home for $200.00 for 6 months. Very nice elderly couple. There's room for 3 to 4 more boats (14-18ft). This is great, so now I can get half of my garage back. I'll be putting my in there by November.
If you're interested let me know and I'll send you the details. Boats can go in anytime and stay until May 1st.
