Looking for a light weight gas ice auger ( that starts ), as I do a lot of walking out there. 6 inch would be great.

Hi Redfisher

Never heard of a 6 inch power auger. All I have ever had is jiffys and they come in 8,9 and 10 inches. good luck in your search

a guy out of barrie has one for sale on ebay... essentially a 2HP 8 inch jiffy similar to the one I just bought..

with no duty and shipping it can work out a lot cheaper than what I ended up paying for one from the states

Hi Guys - yup that is me that was selling the Auger - It sold, I also has a 9" that sold as well - I get them in throughout the winter. I am currently talking with the site administrator to advertise on here - as for the 6" comment - 6" (even 4") shafts are available from Jiffy - they are a bit pricy but able to be purchased from them (shipping is a killer)
